5 weeks PP .. help!

I’m 5 weeks PP and I had an emergency c-section during my surgery my OBGYN cut my bladder by accident.

Anyway I’m noticing I feel discomfort when I stop peeing, it’s been like this for the last couple weeks & now I have a pain the comes and goes on my right side of my back just above my bum .

Could any of this be related or sound serious? Or just sound like normal PP healing? I’m thinking about calling my doctor but wanted opinions first.
