Big step in job but baby
I got an amazing job offer BUT switching jobs will have me lose my FMLA for 12 weeks with the baby. I’m a nurse and they offered me 6 weeks off..... which is probably normal but I was in the mindset I get my 12 weeks off with my last baby.... what would you do:/. Need some mommy advice.
