Mental Health Check-In
Hey ladies,
I’m curious.. how do you communicate the happenings of your fertility journey with family/ friends while also not having a complete and total mental breakdown in front of them? I’m struggling to keep my people in the loop while also keep my sanity intact when all I really want is to crawl inside myself and never talk to anyone about any of this again.. but I know it’s not the best route for my mental health.
I recently started to do online therapy sessions and this was a suggestion she had for me. She feels that reaching out to those in a similar situation to might provide me with beneficial ideas in dealing with all of this.
I’ll take any advice/tips/tricks you’ve got 🙃
