BFP!!💛🤰🏼

I’ve been cramping on and off for about a week and a half. My husband says I’ve been moody but I couldn’t tell. Today I missed my period and decided to test. I have PCOS so we’ve been unsuccessful for the past 14 months. Today was my BFP! I couldn’t believe it when two lines popped up! I was shaking so bad when I showed my husband. I’m really scared because I’ve been cramping on and off and this is my first pregnancy. I’m nervous but excited. When do they normally schedule the prenatal appointment? When can a heartbeat be heard?? Is it normal for the second line to be so dark at 4 weeks pregnant ???
