Hey ladies I need opinions!

Hey ladies, so I’m 37weeks&4days and I’m 4cm and 75% soft at my last check lastnight. Lastnight I stayed in the hospital for 4-5 hours due to “false labor” where I had contractions every 3 minutes consistently but I wasn’t dilating more than a 4cm. Before I left she told me I might have spotting from my check but when I got home I had peed, with no spotting like usual. I used 3 prime rose capsule vaginally and went to bed.
