could I be miscarrying???? 5 weeks pregnant

I got a bfp about a weeks ago, did blood work to confirm pregnancy and it was positive. I started very light brown spottings and it came on and off, but it did turn pinkish and only when I wiped.

Went to the docs and they did another blood work (48h after the first one) to make sure my level was rising and it was.

I followed up with a virginal ultrasound and everything seemed fine and was told to come back after 2 weeks for another check up.

BUT I'm so worried this might be the beginning of a miscarriage because my spotting has turned to light period like flow now and I do cramp every now and then.

Has anyone experienced this and what was your outcome?
