Abdominal & pelvic ultrasound

My Dr ordered this ultrasound due to my bleeding pp going from brown to red twice. My bleeding & stopped Saturday but I was still having cramps randomly. I didn't get internal ultrasound bc I thought nurse said she could do it from outside & yesterday after getting ultrasound I went pee & I had some light red blood when I wiped & this was right after ultrasound & today I had some brownish blood on pad when I woke up & some more brown blood on pad a couple hrs ago. Is this normal? I think they are going to call me about ultrasound today should I tell them about this when they call? I'm kind of freaking out.
