Needing to pee during sex/masturbating

Hey girls, I need help 🥺

I’ve always had a really bad bladder (peeing when laughing, all of a sudden need to pee and hard/sore to hold it for longer than 10 mins)

But wasn’t until this year I peed during sex, the guy didn’t notice but I broke up with him cos I was so embarrassed and worried it would happen again. That was in August and I haven’t been with anyone since because I’m so nervous. It has also happen when I tend to myself 🥺

I do kegels but the don’t seem to help.

Any suggestions, I’m desperate ☹️
