How can I get my cat to stop scratching furniture?

I'm going to start off by saying I WILL NOT DECLAW MY CAT. Not an option. I'm not comfortable using the nail caps either. 
She used to do so well with not clawing furniture,  but over the last several months, she keeps doing it and won't listen when I tell her to stop.
She has different towers and toys to claw at, and she does scratch those, but not as often.
Of course I hate that she's ruining my furniture, but what's driving me crazy is when she claws at the side of the bed while I'm trying to sleep. I can't stand it. I won't lock her out of the bedroom either, because when she's not being a butthole, we snuggle.
I'm just trying to find a way to make her stop scratching my furniture.

I’ve had success with double sided tape on the ends of my furniture and then putting a scratching pad post at either end of the couch so when they go for the tape, they’re deterred and go right to the post to scratch instead! 
Have used those at the ends of my bed as well. After awhile my kitties got used to it and I could move the scratching posts.
Also make sure they have plenty of window seats/ trees/ beds scattered around your home w/ the occasional cat nip or treat to reinforce those spots as positive for them.
I’ve also had success trimming their nails at home like one would human nails. It’s humane & actually helps them not get stuck on everything!! (If they’ll tolerate it!)
Love that you won’t declaw dude- that should’ve even be an option anymore except for medical emergencies. 💚

Friendly crazy cat lady here. I’ve had the best success with double sided tape and no scratch stick on patches on all the favorite scratching places and then placing a cheap cardboard scratcher in front of it. Every time you see kitty scratch your furniture firmly (but not yelling) tell them no and physically redirect to scratcher. Lots of praise every time you catch them using the scratcher (even if they just scratched the furniture a minute before). That, keeping the claws trimmed and LOTS of playtime seem to mostly take care of the problem. It’ll never be 100% (just like toddlers they’re occasionally going to get carried away or test boundaries).  But the more playtime and positive attention they get when not scratching the furniture the better.

I have 3 cats and I put scratching posts next to my furniture (I have 4 just in my living room lol) and they literally left all of my furniture alone after that. With cats you have to give them alternatives 😂

I never had an issue with my cat scratching my nice furniture however, before getting him I already had a cheap ottoman from Amazon. I then bought all new expensive furniture for my house. He doesn’t scratch the couch or anything but the cheap ottoman which I don’t mind. I did notice, since I got him neutered he hasn’t scratched anything in a while.

They also make soft paws for cats, it's basically rubber nails you put on your cats nails.

Tape tinfoil to the furniture for a day or two. Cats HATE the feel and sound of it. Shouldn't take too long before they avoid it. Make sure kitty has an alternative scratching post, though :)

Maybe replace the scratch post twine? Add some little feathery toys? They sell the twine stuff online and i replace mine every now and then and spray it with catnip to keep my cats away from furniture. 
There's also sprays you can use to repel your cats from furniture. I'd try those out!
