Positions during labor
Okay mama's so this is my third pregnancy. I've had back labor every time. Without the epidural etc. I'd like to do it naturally again as I'm terrified to get a needle in my spine. What positions helped you? I keep hearing that being on your back while having back labor could be why I had so much more pain. So I'm trying to explore options here. 26 weeks today and just want to be prepared.
