Baby #3

So my husband and I have two kids. Ages 2.5 and 9 months. We always talked about having two OR three kids. After baby 2, my husband said he doesn’t want anymore and is done, but I still had a piece of me that wanted another one just a few years down the road. Well I just found out I am expecting number 3. Anyone else been in this position? How did you tell them? I don’t want him to be completely disappointed. I know it will be a shock because it was to me. Just slightly freaking out.
