Plus size baby carrier

Question

I am a larger woman about 270 lbs and I have a large baby in the 90th percentile. Is there a wrap or carrier that is worth the high price tag? I have had 3 spinal surgeries and my infamel carrier is absolutely the worst on my back. Is there one designed for the best support or are these just not made for mamas with back issues?

We have a Lille seat me that fits me well and really takes a ton of pressure off my back. I’m comfortable for longer in this than any other carrier.
