TMI- Bleeding 19 days after BFP

I’m bleeding 19 days after BFP- estimated between 5 and 6 weeks. Cervix is closed. Ultrasound saw a 3mm “sac versus fluid” on Wednesday. My HCG level was 493 on Wednesday, just under 1000 on Saturday. Anyone else have this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy or should I prepare myself now...
