Do you think my son has autism?

My son is 23 months. He has always had a problem overcoming simple situations. The smallest thing sets him off. He’s very sensitive to getting dirty. He will have a melt down if his fingers or clothes get dirty when eating. He has a strong attachment to his woody doll. He plays with the same toys every day. He will every now and then play with different toys, but only when prompted to. The attachment to his woody doll is intense. The whole day revolves around it. If woody won’t sit up on his own or does what he wants, he will have a melt down. He also moves his toy story toys around all day. For example He will move them on the couch, then in a bucket, then in the shopping cart and back and forth. He’s starting to say two words together but the pediatrician said he might need speech therapy at his 18 M visit. He says about 50 words and is starting to say 1,2,3 and can recognize letters. I might take him in for an exam to see what the doctor thinks.
