Could this be the sac? The sonographer wouldn't tell me much. I have no idea how many weeks I did my iui on April 9th but they're just trying to locate it to rule out ectopic but my hcg is low at 1600.

I ovulated on the 7th of April and I’m 7w3d tomorrow.. did you see a yolk sac? Did you also track ovulation (I’m guessing you did as you done IUI)

Unfortunately it’s just way too early to tell which is why the sonographer didn’t say much. Your endo is thickened which is a good sign and the fluid collection could be a gestational sac but really only time will tell. I would give it another 2 weeks really unless the suspicion￼ for ectopic is high check back after a week
