Why am I not losing weight?

Hii, so I’ve been excercising since January 4th. It was a new year resolution I have stuck with since then. I excercise monday-Thursday for 30 minutes. Last year (2020)I got to my heaviest being 225 pounds. And now I’m 211.4ish. January 8th I was 216.1 so I haven’t lost much weight only 5 pounds and it’s been 5 months But idk why:( I’ve tried a calorie deficit but I just don’t want to count calories daily. I feel like it would mess with my head. I’ve heard that loosing 1 pound a week is ideal but it’s not happening to me. Any tips??
