split up with my child’s father what now ?

So it’s a rocky story with the father of my daughter he has always been job from always blaming me for loosing his jobs when I don’t do anything I just ask for an afternoon dedicated for our daughter and me. I’ve been paying rent with my savings since pandemic started the bills and the baby’s necessities he cooperates with groceries and that’s it. He has continually lied that he is still smoking weed not that it’s a huge issue for me the issue is he stays home and falls sleep after smoking 6 times a day and looses his job. We where engaged but I bought the ring (how stupid ) he was never romantic we never go out on dates if I did I would pay . We move to Florida supposedly because he had more support from family we where literally homeless for 3 days because he can’t hold a steady job and then I moved back in to Texas about 6 weeks ago and claims has not gotten paid he only sent $300 the last 6 weeks because he claims he hasn’t gotten paid.I went back to get the rest of my stuff 2 weeks ago I practically had to beg him to see me and have a cup of ice cream . Now he doesn’t call or answers the phone. I honestly don’t know if I should put him on child support or not ? At this point I just don’t want him to be in our lives anymore he was very verbally abusive and would always like comment and talk to other people claiming he was single and also watching porn and paying only fans I put up with for 3 years and half since I was 17 at this point I just need advice because he has not demonstrated he wants to be a part of our lives but I also don’t want to keep my daughters father away from her
