Did having a Laparoscopy actually help you conceive?

I've been putting this off for months but I'm wondering if it's actually worth going through or not.

It depends on your diagnosis and reason for have it.    If it’s just exploratory then it may not help but if you have endo or some other reason it could very much help your fertility

We had a laparacopic surgery in February which resulted in removing both my tubes. The following month we had a frozen embryo transfer and ended up with a chemical pregnancy. So for us, no.

My RE said it should, but we have not been successful yet. I had a chemical 3 months after but that has been it.
