i almost fainted after sex 😳😳 long post

so my boyfriend and i were having sex, nothing new, painful or crazy and everything went smooth and just as normal. after we finished, he asked me to rub his chest so i did for like 5 min, then i got up to use the bathroom. felt fine. i came back in the room to lay down and instantly got terrible cramps that radiated all throughout my stomach. they were so bad i couldn’t fall asleep or even stay still. i thought maybe i had to poop so i went back to the bathroom, but no...no poop. i was sitting on the toilet and started getting super bad hot flashes and felt like i was gonna throw up so i turned around the other way and started dry heaving. in between dry heaving, i felt my body go ice cold but i sweating PROFUSELY and i was seeing stars at this point. it was too hot in the bathroom for me so i hobbled my way out to the living room and sat on the couch. my boyfriend had fallen asleep because i think he also just thought i had to poop. so i’m on the couch and i feel the joints in my hands start to clench up because i’m stArting to hyperventilate. i yell for my boyfriend and tell him he might need to take me in because i don’t feel good. he says okay and hands me a glass of water. i drank some water but i was extremely shaky and for some reason my i couldn’t keep my eyes open and i kept nodding off while sitting up. anyone ever experienced this? what could it be? btw it’s the next morning and now i feel fine but that’s never happened to me before 😳
