A baby after preterm term labor

Hi. My name is Meagan. I had a preterm labor loss Dec 2014. We had to use clomed to assist in getting pg. Finally after clomed again I am now almost seven weeks pg a year later. Last year I was told one of two things due to the preterm labor. My cervix was too short or because they found an infection in my Placenta they weren't sure if that caused my cervix to open or if once the cervix began to open I then got the infection.

My question is, are there any other expecting mom's who have had success after a preterm labor? I'm so exited but still very scared
