Breakup

So I was in a relationship with my Baby’s father for 2 and a half years, he was lazy and did not show me affection nearly ever so I left. But now I’ve found out he’s been talking to a new girl and it’s hurting me so bad I don’t know why I’m feeling like this I’m the one who left😭 i barely wanna get out of bed and I just find myself crying all the time now can anyone else relate or give me advice?
