Clomid and twins

Hi guys! So long story short. I have very irregular periods and don’t ovulate. So I’m being prescribed Clomid . From what I’ve read it says twins from maternal side increases your chances. Well my grandma (moms side) had twin girls, one was born underdeveloped and the second didn’t live past 3 days. By the grace of God and his mysterious ways a year later on the SAME day the twins were born my aunt was born. So my question is my first pregnancy was a single , no fertility drugs. We’re trying for #2 but with Clomids help. Are my chances of twins increased?
