Best PH balanced lube?

So I am extremely sensitive to everything. Especially down there. Currently 29 weeks pregnant and we need lube. So last week SO and I had sex and I’m pretty sure I got a yeast infection now. Been itching non stop since then. I have my dr appointment Monday so I’m trying to hold out as long as I can. Anyways we used the KY liquid and I think that’s why I’m so itchy? Thinking something threw off my PH idk. Anyways does anyone have any recommendations for lube for really sensitive people??
