Sex with an elementary crush, please help.. possible BV or something else.

So this is how things go, i have been having sex with my elementary crush. It been going on for years ( 6months- a year) on and off again. The first time i started messing around with him. I got tested for STD because my pelvic was very enlarged and swollen. A few days later i came out positive to type 1 genital herpes. I told him about it so that he can also get tested, he literally went of on me. I had told him that he was the only one i was messing around with. I always get tested every time i mess with some one new and everything turn out negative. At that point in time i also came out positive to chlamydia and bacterial vaginosis . After i told him about the news about me having genital herpes type one i gave him time to process and didn’t come back till recently, he invited me over to talk about things and well you can say one thing led to another. I decided to get tested again after him I’m still waiting for results but I’m literally freaking out I’m experiencing flu like symptoms. I know how all this sounds but i care about him and if something does show up i will ending it. It can be BV but i have no idea and or chlamydia. And if so how do i break it to him... i don’t want to have him go off on me like deep down in my heart i believe that he gave me genital herpes but I can’t be 100% sure so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. I’m literally debating if i should let him know that i got test, i want to ask him if he has ever gotten test just so he can prepare my my result and i want to give him the chance to tell me if he has anything.
