Best Baby Shower Gift?

What is your go to gift you give at showers OR what is a gift you wish you got at yours?

My brother and sister-in-law are expecting my first nephew in early July, and their shower is next weekend. While I’ve bought quite a bit, I want to get one or two more things but I’m at a loss for something big. I’ve been to showers before, but this kiddo will make me an auntie for the first time and I’m gonna spoil the crap out of him as his only blood auntie.
Bonus points if you can think of anything that might benefit my brother. My sister in law has TONS of support (including me) but my brother really only has me and our little brother on his side and I want to give him as much support as possible.

Several customized onesies/shirts in several sizes (made by me)
Soft ABC knit blanket
Baby “workout” gear (my brothers a fitness freak)

Picking up a gift card to their fave restaurant tomorrow
In the process of making a growth chart they can take with them if they move, but not gifting at the baby shower bc it has the baby’s name on it&they aren’t sharing it until his birth.

A legitimate baby book like we had back in the day that lets you add photos, birth weight/height, baby’s firsts, etc. They have them on Amazon for a fair price!!

For me, the best gifts were a lot of washcloths (I go through way too many) and muslin swaddle blankets, and any two way zipper onesies- there was a brand called zippyjamz I absolutely couldn’t live without in the beginning (it has a zipper from foot to foot so diaper changes were way easier) 
For a bigger more pricey gift I got that was amazing was the mama roo 4 baby swing. It does five different motions.
The gift card idea is good but I would do more Uber eats because at the beginning your way too tired to cook or go out. 
Another idea is see if they are doing newborn photos and if they aren’t find a good photographer and get that as a gift.

Get your brother a diaper bag and put some items in it.   That really made my husband feel included.

My favorite baby shower gift I got was a certain swing. I bought it my second pregnancy (almost 6 years between the 2 lol), and just found out amazon still sells the brand/kind and will be buying it again! My go to baby shower gifts are diapers and wipes, and I always make something for the baby (I make things and crafts). I made/painted llama wall art and bought 2 frames to put them in, I've decorated a Mason piggy bank jar little mermaid themed, so much stuff! Lol but I always make my friends stuff and then buy practical things like diapers and wipes!

My favorite item ever and the gift I always give at showers is the Bloomin Bath flower.  It is a bath cushion for in the sink.  By far better than any baby bathtub.  
For your brother, some gift cards for restaurants.  Best thing he might be able to do is go get dinner after baby is born and nobody has the energy to cook.

If it isn’t out of budget a rocker or swing are AMAZING. Bottle warmer is also a GREAT one. Books were at first not really my favorite but now that my daughter is older I love reading them to her with the sweet notes.
