I’m almost 22 weeks. My SO and I haven’t had sex in awhile and tonight we finally decided to I went to the bathroom, wiped and saw this. Im beginning to cramp. I’m scared.

So it could just be cervical irritation (increased blood flow all over, including down there) and the cramping can be normal after orgasm, if you did (I won't make assumptions.) If you're really really worried, you can call L&D and see what they have to say. As usual in the morning call your OBs office and report that you had spotting and follow up with whatever L&D has told you. Your OBs office will want to know about any and all spotting, bleeding, color, amount, how long it lasts. They'll add it to your notes and also probably tell you the same stuff L&D will tell you. What to watch for, when to come in, all that.

This happened to me right around the same time after having sex with my SO. I called my OB freaking out & she told me it’s normal & nothing to worry about unless the blood was bright red & continued in large amounts. 
Bleeding can happen since your cervix is sensitive at this time
