How to measure out milk you store?

So I currently use a nipple shield when I breastfeed because my son has trouble latching, but we've been working with a lactation consultant, I also feed him with a bottle sometimes, and pump after almost every feeding, so when I start storing my milk, do you just put it in the storage bags and in the freezer or do you measure it out for one feeding in each bag???

I have been doing 3-3.5oz per bag by my lo is now almost 6 weeks and is taking 4oz so I'll have to start filling them more. Once you thaw hem the milk has to be used and can't be restored. So you need to have how much you will use for one feeding in the bag.

I put between 3-4 ounces in one bag so that it's easy to just grab one when time to feed. It's easy right now bc she doesn't drink much

I put three ounces per bag for my three month old,  so one feeding per bag for convenience.

When I started I just put what I pumped in. So now I have a whole bunch of 1 oz bags that I am combining. I defrost however many I need in the fridge at the same time and put it in the same bottle.
