Boyfriend has pics of other girls

I saw my boyfriend has been screenshooting Instagram girls’ scandalous pictures and saving tik toks of other girls showing off themselves. None of the girls look like me and I already have self image issues and trust issues alone. This has made it worse and he feels bad and apologized but I can’t get it out of my head. I can’t help but think I’m not satisfying him and I’m not good enough. Anybody have advice on what to do, how to make myself trust him again?
