Want else can I drink?

Hi ladies, I have a huge headache today which I’m assuming is from lack of water the last few days. I also stood up to quick yesterday and started shaking uncontrollably and lost all vision. It went completely black. I came good after a few minutes but I’m struggling to get my water in, the weight it puts on my stomach makes me feel really sick and Ill. I just wanna cry, why is pregnancy so hard. I’m only 11weeks and I feel like I’ve been beaten with a stick. 
How else can I get my water in without the sick feeling?

Oh i remember that feeling, water making me throw up. I started adding apple or lime to my water and i could stomach it. The odd fizzy drink also helped keep fluids in. By 16 weeks i was able to drink water again by itself, which i thought would never happen!!

Water melon has a lot of water. Maybe you can try eating that and it doesn’t make you feel sick? 
Try to drink a lot of small sips frequently. That might help getting your water in but doesn’t make you feel to sick. Maybe some crackers afterwards to soak up the water and acid in your stomach.

I put those little crystal lite lemonade packets in my water bottles. Then I can drink it all day. Hope you feel better soon 💞
