Biting at daycare

I need some elses prospective. Help me please.

My son is currently in the 18-24 month room. He has gotten bitten (as of today) 15 times in the past 3 months. So from March 17th to May 17th, 14 times.

I know that part of it is the age. And I realize he bites also.

I work at the same daycare as a 2 year old teacher.

I have talked to the owner, the director and the assistant director and no one has offered a solution or any help or anything.

I don't know what to do.

How would you handle this situation? Please, help me. I am at a loss.
