As a huge animal rights activist, she needs to be severely charged and have any animal she has taken away from her. This is NOT ok and NO animal should be treated like that. Unfourtunatly, this isn't even that bad as far as animal cruelty goes, but for goodness sakes, something needs to change so lunatics can't get animals under their care.
