I’m having a rough week

This all’s started from this past Thursday I had a lady at work come up to me rudely and told me that I was a disgrace. Then I got into an argument on Saturday with my parents due to LGBT+ rights. Then on Sunday I got caught doing something I regret then this lady almost call the police on me I’m just having a rough week I just want to give up. I went on here to seek reassurance about the situation and I have a lot of people shamming me on here as if I don’t feel guilty already. My parents are always arguing and yelling At this point I just want to end it all and never be here again.
