Can't breathe ever

I'm frustrated. For months I haven't been able to breathe. I know its not because of the baby taking up space because he's soo low. I go Monday get my glucose test I pass by 3 points, come out with anemia. Go to Dr today asking her if my ability to breathe could have to do with iron problems she keeps brushing it off, she tries to measure my belly and states that the baby is unusually low, there's nothing to measure so they call in ultrasound. I was like yea u know I know he's so low so I knew the breathing problem wasn't because of that. She brushes off again. My heart rate is high aparently at 120. I'm like probably bc I can't breathe. She again ignores me. Like I legit wake up at night gasping for air, and during the day feel like I have to try and breathe. This has been going on for a long time I just wish she could have been like oh it could possibly be from your iron like say anythingggg about it 😭
