15 DPO, AF late, pregnancy symptoms... BUT A BFN

idk what to think 🙃 i feel VERY VERY different, i’ve been extremely nauseous since about 11 DPO, my breasts are tender & veiny, slippery, wet CM. but this was my test w FMU, do i just not have enough hCg in my blood yet ? if AF doesn’t show, i’m gonna test again tomorrow
