Tylenol

I know you’re not allowed to take I ibuprofen while pregnant. I literally just found out this morning, and already got Tylenol and Prenatal Vitamins. I have been cramping some, which I have seen it is normal in the first trimester. Is it okay to take Tylenol for cramping ? Or is that not okay? I’m measuring 5 weeks 5 days from last period, till I go to my doctor to confirm pregnancy & to find out how far I am
