HELP..., How much bleeding is too much on first period after pp?!

Someone please help me. I'm so irritated I could kill someone..i am 6 weeks PP. I started bleeding lightly over a week ago now..it picked up one week in and now I feel like I literally just had a baby!!! I'm dying!! I've always had heavier periods so I'm used to it....this is not my normal!! I'm filling pads SOOO FAST. I'm passing a clot every time I sit on the toilet..the water is normally all red. I'm bleeding to the point that I've had to breakout pp diapers and pads 😭😭😭

My ob gyn is closed for the weekend..how do I know when it's time to ask for help?! Day 9 of first PP period.
