Hormones all over the place!
Posted in wrong group by accident! Woopsy. Start again shall I..
So my hormones.. Well they are all over the place at the moment I've not had AF now since 7th-10th October.. November was a no show.. And now in reality I'm a few days away from expected AF again.. A few days ago had stretchy but creamy like cm. And today it's barley there but has a weird tacky but brown coloured tinge to it?
Is this a good sign of AF on way possibly? Although I have meee noticed this
Last night I also had the most horrible hot sweat ever I woke 2 hours into going to sleep hot and flustered after a horrid dream, woke up with a beast of a zit on my nose. But I have no other cramps or aches like AF is around corner I've taken tests picture below is my last test..
I just feel so out of control with my body, I have no idea anymore what's going on with AF and cm is just confusing the hell out of me...
