Hashimoto/ Hypothyroid

2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto disease with enlarged goiter. I go to see an endocrinologist in 2 weeks. They gave me my results over the phone so I don't know too much about it besides what I've read online. Is there anyone here who has it and can give me more insight or advice? Anyone with levels like mine that can tell me what their medication leveled off at? From what I understand they adjust it slowly, curious as to how much until you start to feel normal.

TSH- 4.914

Antibodies- 555

Put on 50mg of levothyroxine.
