Milk& trouble breathing
Someone tell me I'm not crazy.
This happened recently after I decided to stop buying milk for the house. (4 months ago) I've been having some difficulty with breathing as if my airway is closing after having milk or ice cream or heavy cream (not so much cheese) then this causes me to have an anxiety attack. Has anyone else delt with this ?
