Since April a lot has changed in my life.. I’ve cried almost every single day since then... Asking because I have seen a lot of sad people lately also.. Trusting the process 🥺😞

I mean... There's been a global pandemic it would be weird if people hadn't suffered and weren't feeling sadder than usual when most have been isolated and cut off from people for over a year

My boyfriend passed away in a car crash at the beginning of this month. My life went from being normal to just totally fucked up within a minute

Ya honestly this past month has been really bad. I’ve had problems with school, money, family. My uncle died. I’ve had a bad resurgence of my depression, eating disorder, and anxiety. I’ve had near constant migraines. And because I lost my job during the pandemic I had to move back in with my parents who are very abusive and toxic. I can’t leave my room when I’m home for fear of being yelled at (which has me in a small dark room where I have to hide and horde my cheep mostly unhealthy food and I can only get water when they are sleeping so I fill up 3 bottles to last me the whole next day) and I can’t get a job that will support me moving out until my school situation is handled. Frankly feeling stuck, super low and like no one sees or cares... 
Wow I actually tell myself it’s not that bad and my parents always tell me I’m overreacting but reading this back to myself I can see why I feel so shi**y and all the time...

I've been dissociating, I am not doing great, or terrible, but most of the time I have no idea how I'm doing. I'm just doing. 
It's not really that normal a phase for me. I'm just flat most of the time. But weirdly also super manic & can't sleep or sit still or think in a way that's not ADD/disorganized. Before being manic, I was content to just sit and waste time and do nothing at all- I felt no passion and no pressure to do thd things I care about. 
I am doing better than in a long time, and I'm not sure how to process anything right now. I feel more comfortable, but also this began with a breakdown... so... 😅🙃
Perhaps something is going to come back to haunt me- and it's my inability to meaningfully connect and be a part of any group or the world & the fear that I can't even maintain a relationship of any kind.

Hey, just letting you know I went through a break up that lead me to go to a mental hospital (involuntarily because I didn’t feel comfortable there but they told me I had to) just to get stuck there during the winter storm here in texas causing me to stay a couple extra days while there was no electricity nor water (my roomie and I had to share a bathroom while we were on our periods). Once I got out and things got a little more stable I ended up getting kicked out of my house then brought back just to end up almost having to quarantine in my car because I had COVID. Incidentally I got COVID two days before I was suppose to go to El Salvador which meant I couldn’t go. After that my uncle and aunt brought me in and from there I tried and tried. Things happen at you all at once but at the end of the day it’s you who has the power to control how you feel during the situation. Girlie if you have to cry everyday, do it. Please know there are people around.
