OH MY GOD?! Swollen after sex HELP?!

This is TMI but I'm honestly so scared. So I just had sex with my S/O an hour ago and noticed my vagina is SUPER SWOLLEN. I'm not kidding, the lips are twice their regular size. We've been together for four years and this has never happened before. We used a condom, which usually we don't because I'm on birth control, so could that have something to do with it? I've used condoms in the past though and I don't think this has ever happened. He just started using a new brand. However he had one on the last time we had sex, but we were at it for a lot longer this time. It was also very rough sex, although I have no idea how that could've made me THIS puffy. They're literally super swollen, red, and it feels hot. I can't go to the bathroom without feeling like it burns. I don't even want to close my legs because it feels so odd down there. I'm honestly freaking out, this doesn't look normal at all and I'm so scared. Could it be an allergic reaction to condoms, or something else? I was turned on but not as much as I would've liked to be for the sex we were having, I will admit. Would it actually be possible that not enough lubricant caused me to get THIS swollen? I've had sex like that before but this definitely never happened..
