Missed period

Long post! I had to have a d&c and hysterscopy done in October to remove my mirena. We have been ttc since then. I had to be put on oral provera to jumpstart my periods since I wasn’t having them on my own. I done one round and was about to start a second when I got my period on my own. I had two cycles on time on my own after the provera. This month when it was time I missed it and am now 7 days past. I have taken a couple pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. When I had my daughter 5 years ago, I had blood and urine test done and they were all negative until I was 15 weeks 5days. I don’t know weather to assume I am pregnant and it’s not showing up or is to early or to call my dr. I’m afraid he’s just going to put my on another round of provera and if I am pregnant it will terminate. What do I do from here? Is this common? Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.
