Hi ladies,
I just got a cheap thermometer to start taking my temp, my better thermometer won't get to me anytime soon. Anyway I don't know how to take my temp exactly and wanted some advice.
How long do I have to sleep before I can take my temp? This is my biggest question really.
Does anyone have tips for a more accurate reading?
