Could it have been implantation bleeding ?

Well on Wednesday I was doing fine then all of a sudden I ended up getting the flu within a total of 5 hours maybe ... I had a headache I had fevers like crazy I started puking ... well I just got off visiting AF Thursday prior to this .... so I started bleeding again after I Pissed myself puking I noticed this ... I was like am I getting my rag again ?? No but this can't be I just got off it on Thursday ... then the bleeding stopped an hour later then I had a brown discharge come out then I had cramping two days later .... what do you guys think ??
