Should I say something to him?

Long story short.. met this guy online. Talked back and forth for a few days and then he asked to video chat.

He set it up. And day of, was out with family and cancelled. Cool. Np. I try to be understanding.

He set up another day. Day of.. said hes really tired. Again.. I stupidly try to be understanding..

Third time. He set it up and was too tired again.. wth is up with people.

I try to be cool calm collected and understanding but I feel like its so disrespectful, no? Or is it ok because we dont know each other in person?

He carried on the convo like nothing happened and takes almost a full day to text back, despite insta showing him online..”oh sorry I fell asleep” LOL ya right....

Should I say something or ignore it? What do you even say without looking crazy..
