Help pls

Hey all I’m currently 10w5d with twins and today I started having brown spotting, I was constipated

For about 4 days and had to really use the bathroom I’m sorry TMI so when I finally used bathroom and I wipe my vagina this came out. I’m terrified. I have no cramping or anything but I have suffered 2 previous miscarriages and these are my double blessings.. had anyone had this happen due to pushing a little too hard having to have bowel movement?

I called ask my nurse and she did not seem to concern but if the spotting became heavier or anything to call 911 or go to nearest ER..

I had a scan Saturday and both babes were doing good and moving around. I’m just scared…
