Ovulation and sex

Ok so this is the first time getting a positive ovulation test and I'm so excited !! This is our 11th month of TTC and I started taking OT 4 months ago and they always were negative but I've never tested this late in my cycle until now and wondering what to do. This is day 17 and  I'm wondering if it means I will be ovulating tomorrow or the next day? Me and SO had sex last night and have been trying to every other night since day after last day of AF, my app says its peak day and to have sex tonight but should we wait and keep doing every other night? Suggestions please and TIA 😊 I'm really hoping this is our month!
