Too much bleeding for implantation?

First of all I do have a voicemail out to my doctor but curious if anyone has had a similar experience. I am currently 10 days away from my scheduled period and therefore 4 days past ovulation, also either 4 or 6 days past potentially conceiving. 2 days ago I had very slight, light pink spotting which I was hopeful could be a positive sign as implantation bleeding. But then in the past 24-48 hours I have had much heavier bleeding. Bright red, has filled 2 tampons, 3 pantyliners. It’s has some similarities to menstrual blood but then again very different based on the brightness. It has included very little, but some clotting, tissue. Also over the past few days I have experienced very vivid dreams, thee absolute worst heartburn I’ve ever experienced (only have had heartburn at the end of my pregnancy with my son), increase of small facial breakouts, and slight pelvic cramping. I think it’s also important to mention that I haven’t worked out much in a few months and just started a high heart rate workout program 4 days ago. As I mentioned I am 10 days prior to scheduled period so very likely too early to test.

Am I pregnant? Was I pregnant? Should I be concerned about what is going on?
