Online dating help!

I started online dating with Hinge and haven’t met anyone yet. Well there is this guy that wants to meet up tomorrow for a drink after work but he doesn’t have any social media or anything and wants to meet up in a different town. (He lives in a tiny town where everyone will most likely know him. I do also). Is it a red flag for someone with a dating app to have no social media? He’s not super into texting either. Like he’s such a boring texter but seems fun in person. Is this weird?
