Help me understand

For 10 years my husband and I have used the tracking method successfully, until last night when he asked me at the wrong time if we were safe. My question is for those of you who used this app and CM texture to conceive how accurate was it? FYI We have 3 kids youngest is 10 oldest is 15. My CM texture was perfect as in not to thick but egg white consistency. Help me figure out when I should test? Also to add this was obviously not planned but we would be happy either way. Here’s my calendar if that helps
